This group is for teens aged 13-17 and is facilitated by a Registered Social Worker. This 8 week program has been designed to provide your teen with the tools, knowledge, and guidance they need to manage their emotions, thoughts and behaviours in a healthier way.
When Parents Separate: A Therapeutic Group for Kids Ages 7-11
This in-person group is for children aged 7-11 and is facilitated by a Registered Social Worker and Registered Psychotherapist. This 6 week program has been designed to provide your child with the tools, knowledge and guidance they need to manage difficult emotions and thoughts about the separation / divorce process and this big change in their family life.

This group is for girls aged 10-14 and is facilitated by a registered Social Worker. This 6 week program has been designed to provide your child with the tools, knowledge and guidance they need to develop self-compassion, confidence and a healthier sense of self- worth.

Respectful Relationships Group For Men
The Respectful Relationships Group is a service developed to address the unique needs of men who are ready to make changes in the way they participate in their intimate partnerships. This program is designed for men who have behaved in ways that are hurtful, dismissive or distressing to their partner, and are looking for a place to process and learn from these experiences.

This group program is designed for kids aged 6-11, whose parents are separating or divorcing. We offer a safe and supportive space where your child will be able to talk about their specific challenges with a Registered Social Worker and kids -going through the same transition.

GirlTalk: PA Day Group for Pre-Teen Girls
This group is for pre-teen girls ages 9-12 and is facilitated by two Registered Social Workers. This one-day, in-person group will provide your child with the tools, knowledge and guidance they need to develop self-compassion, confidence and a healthier sense of self-worth.

This group is for teens who have difficulty managing their thoughts, emotions and behaviours. Facilitated by registered Social Workers, this 10 week program has been designed to help provide teens with the tools, knowledge and confidence to cope with challenges in a healthier way.

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Certification Courses
In partnership with the Mental Health Commission of Canada and as a Certified Mental Health First Aid Course Facilitator, we are able to offer MHFA Training to businesses, organizations, teams and employers (of all sizes and kinds) who are interested in providing appropriate mental health support to the people in their workplace.
