Are you feeling overwhelmed?

Join us Thursday, March 13 at 7PM for a live presentation where we will discuss the basics of mental health and how you can care for yourself. We'll provide you with helpful tips and strategies that will build your coping skills and resiliency.


This is a FREE, one-time community event open to anyone in Burlington (and beyond) offered by Peachey Counselling and Family Support.

  • Hot Topics That Effect Our Mental Health

  • Practical Tools, Strategies and Coping Techniques

  • Navigating Mental Health Concerns

  • Where to Get Help


GROUP FACILITATORS:

  • Mala Sharma BA, RSSW, is our Client Care and Practice Manager at Peachey Counselling who ensures that you have all the support you need while overseeing our daily operations, as well contributing to our community programs - making her an essential member of our practice team.

  • Adrianna Zabel MSW(c), is a Master of Social Work intern therapist currently completing her clinical placement at our practice. She works with teens and adults in the areas of anxiety, interpersonal relationships, and conflict resolution skills.
