How it works

The Workplace Mental Health Survey and Assessment will determine whether or not - and to what degree - mental health issues are impacting the overall ‘health’ of your workplace. Provided by qualified mental health professionals, your assessment is broken down into three phases:

Phase 1 - Collection

Let’s uncover what’s going on underneath the surface…

It is in the first phase of your assessment where we discover the current ‘health’ of your workplace by collecting evidence-based data from all current employees and managers/supervisors. This is a process that objectively collects the first-hand experiences - of the participant - to determine whether or not they feel mental health issues are impacting them and the overall ‘health’ of the workplace.

Data is collected through the the following survey(s):

  1. Mental Health in the Workplace Survey for Employees

  2. Mental Health in the Workplace Survey for Managers/Supervisors

Phase 2 - Analysis

It’s only when we know what the ‘true’ challenges are, that we can start to address them.

It is in the second phase of your assessment, where we analyze the evidence-based data collected from participants to assess the current ‘health’ of your workplace. This a process that objectively identifies common themes within the responses which weigh the mental health issues that may be impacting employees and managers/supervisors, and the overall ‘health’ of the workplace.

Data is analyzed by examining the following:

  1. Quality of responses

  2. Identifying common themes

  3. Identifying common areas of concern

  4. Identifying areas of divergence

Phase 3 - Action Items

The knowledge you need to inform your decisions and make changes for a healthier workplace.

It is in the third phase of your assessment, where we make recommendations based on the analysis of the evidence-based data collected from participants to improve the current ‘health’ of your workplace. This is a process that addresses the mental health issues that may be impacting employees and managers/supervisors and the overall ‘health’ of the workplace.

Recommendations outline where you need to focus extra attention, what needs to change, and what is holding you back from achieving a ‘healthy’ workplace including:

  1. Opportunities for improvement

  2. Items that require immediate attention

  3. Action items to consider
