Let’s see if we’re a good fit…

Don’t measure your successes using someone else’s ruler.

I think the biggest misconception about mental health is that seeking help is a sign of weakness.

To me, mental health is a state of well-being that needs to be nourished so that we can thrive and manage the highs and lows that life throws at us.

When we start experiencing difficulties and challenges in life, it's a sign that we need to focus on taking care of our mental health, just like we would take care of our physical health if we were injured or had a cold.

I can contribute to your better health by helping you realize that you have the strengths and tools to overcome your difficulties and challenges.

I’m here for you.

Q&A

  • I've always loved helping people and wanted to do something that would have a meaningful impact on the lives of others.

  • I want potential clients to know that I am here to listen and provide a safe, non-judgemental space where they feel comfortable talking about whatever is on their minds.

I am excited to be a part of Peachey Counselling where we strive to provide a safe space to talk about whatever issues, concerns, or challenges you may be facing and receive the help you need and deserve.

  • I feel that it is important to be empathetic, non-judgemental and understanding.

  • What I value most in a client is their ability to be vulnerable and their openness to change.

  • Being able to help people improve their lives and seeing their growth is what I like most about what I do.
